📦 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide, with the exception of Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, and Ukraine.
We provide full door-to-door tracking for 32 countries (including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe). For other countries, tracking may stop once the package is handed to the local international carrier.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on most products. For items not eligible, shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All items are made to order. Please consider both processing time and shipping time:
- Processing time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping time (after your order ships):
United States: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 5–15 business days
Europe: 5–15 business days
Canada: 5–15 business days
Australia: 5–15 business days
Rest of World: 7–25 business days
Will I have to pay customs fees?
In most cases, 95% of orders do not incur customs fees. However, certain countries may apply local duties or taxes depending on regulations. If applicable, these fees are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Tip: Include a valid phone number with your international order to help ensure smooth delivery.
Where are orders shipped from?
We work with professional production partners that operate facilities worldwide. Your order will be printed and shipped from the location best suited for efficient delivery.
📍 Tracking Orders
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it can take 2–5 business days for carriers to update tracking information — this is normal and does not mean your shipment is delayed.
What if I haven’t received my order yet?
Before contacting us, please:
- Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in your delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they are holding your package.
- Check with neighbors in case the courier delivered nearby.
If your address was correct and the package is still missing, contact us at printwithsky@gmail.com with your order number. If your order was shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can reship — but shipping costs will apply.
🛍 Orders
Can I change my order?
Yes. Changes or amendments can be made within 3 hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need adjustments.
What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
If we make a mistake or your item arrives with a defect, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just email a photo of the item, and we’ll send a replacement right away.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because most products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or design choices. Please double-check your order details before confirming checkout.
What if there’s a problem with my product?
We stand behind the quality of our items. If there’s an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace your order at no additional cost.
