Shipping

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

We ship worldwide, with the exception of the following countries: Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, & Ukraine. We also provide full door-to-door tracking updates for 32 countries (including the US).

Full tracking is provided for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, German, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland.

For any countries not listed above, tracking will stop once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. For these countries, we do not receive additional tracking updates or delivery confirmation, therefore we are not liable once they have been transferred to the international carrier.

What are your delivery times?

All physical items are made to order in the order in which they are received so please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be shipped out.

Business days include: Monday - Friday
Business days do not include Weekends or Holidays.

Our production time does not include shipping. Shipping to USA. Orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail 3-5 Mail, so depending on your location they will arrive in 3-5 business days from the shipment date, provided there are no delays within the USPS, which is completely out of our control.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–5 business days
● Europe: 6–10 business days
● Australia: 6–10 business days
● Canada: 6–10 business days
● Rest of world: 7-14 business days

What is the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.* Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.

When in doubt, you can always log into your account and click on the order in question to see its status.

What is the process for tracking my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that it may take the carrier approximately 2-5 business days to update the status of your shipment.

Can I change my order?

If you wish to change or amend your order, we allow 2 hours for these to take place. 

My order never arrived, what do I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@printablesky.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with a prodessional production partner. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

What if I receive the wrong product?

Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge — simply contact us with a photo of the items in question & we will issue an immediate replacement.

We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our quality 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge — simply contact us with a photo of the items in question & we will issue an immediate replacement. We typically do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to facilitate returns. This means that if you change your mind about an item or if you have ordered the wrong size or color, we cannot provide a exchange, refund or accept a return.
