📦 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide to most countries. Currently, we cannot ship to Cuba, the Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, or Ukraine. We provide door-to-door tracking for 32 countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on most products. If a small shipping fee applies, it will be shown at checkout before payment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All items are made to order. Please consider both processing time and shipping time:
- Processing time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping time (after your order ships):
United States: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 5–15 business days
Europe: 5–15 business days
Canada: 5–15 business days
Australia: 5–15 business days
Rest of World: 7–25 business days
Will I have to pay customs fees?
About 95% of orders do not incur customs fees. However, local duties or taxes may apply depending on country regulations. If applicable, these fees are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient.
Tip: Always include a valid phone number for smoother customs delivery.
Where are orders shipped from?
We work with professional production partners worldwide. Each order is printed and shipped from the facility best suited for fast, reliable delivery.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, in most locations. However, for tracked courier shipments, a physical address is recommended for guaranteed delivery.
📍 Tracking & Order Status
How can I track my order?
After shipping, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier to update details — this is normal and does not mean your shipment is delayed.
Can I track my package internationally?
Yes! You’ll receive international tracking if available. Some countries may stop online updates once the package reaches the local carrier, but delivery continues as scheduled.
What if I haven’t received my order yet?
Before contacting us, please check:
- Your shipping confirmation email for mistakes in your address.
- With your local postal service or neighbors.
If still missing, contact us at printwithsky@gmail.com with your order number. If the address was incorrect at checkout, we can reship the order (shipping costs apply).
🛍 Orders & Customization
Can I change my order?
Yes, changes can be made within 3 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately if you need to adjust details or upload a new image.
How do I upload my pet photo?
Simply use the Upload Photo button on the product page. Clear, well-lit, front-facing pet photos work best!
Can I preview my custom design?
Yes! Our team sends a mockup for approval before printing. You can request edits to make it perfect.
Can I add my pet's name or custom text?
Definitely! Just add your personalization details in the customization field on the product page before checkout.
What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
If we make a mistake or your product has a defect, we’ll replace it free of charge. Please email a photo of the issue — we’ll take care of it right away.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size, color, or design choices. Please double-check your details before checkout.
What if there’s a problem with my product?
We guarantee quality! If there’s an error or defect, we’ll replace your item at no additional cost.
💰 Payments, Discounts & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Bancontact, and iDEAL. All transactions are encrypted and completely secure.
What currencies can I pay in?
We accept multiple currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, JPY, and more. You can switch your currency at checkout or in the footer.
How do I use a promo or discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the “Discount Code” box. The total updates automatically before payment.
Can I use more than one discount at once?
Only one discount code can be used per order, unless otherwise stated. Volume or bundle discounts are automatically applied.

What materials are used for your T-shirts and hats?
Our T‑shirts are soft 100% cotton or cotton blends; hats and beanies are made from durable fabrics for comfort and longevity.
Are your products unisex?
Yes! Most apparel is unisex unless specified. Please review the size chart in each product's description for accuracy.
How should I wash my personalized tee or hoodie?
Turn it inside out and wash cold on gentle cycle. Avoid bleach or tumble drying to keep prints vibrant and lasting longer.

My photo upload failed, what should I do?
If the image upload doesn’t complete, simply email your order number and image to printwithsky@gmail.com — we’ll attach it manually.
My product arrived damaged, what now?
We’ll fix it! Email a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement immediately.
