Return Policy
At printwithsky, every product is made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error occurred on our part. In such cases, we will provide a free replacement to resolve the issue.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice any of the following:
- A defective or misprinted product
- Damage incurred during shipping
- The wrong item was received
To ensure we can assist you promptly, please submit any claims within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a full refund or ship a replacement product at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims found to be an error on our part will be covered by us.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the order may be returned to us by the courier. In such cases, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost once we confirm the corrected address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any reshipment fees if you request the order to be sent again.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective on arrival):
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital downloads
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Intimate or personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, certain items are not eligible for withdrawal or return, such as:
- Goods made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and therefore unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Replacement
If you experience any issues, please contact us at printwithsky@gmail.com with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will review your request and send a replacement if the claim is valid.
Governing Language
This policy is governed and interpreted in English, regardless of translations that may be provided.
